Born in Edmonds, Washington and raised in Kalispell, Montana, Wyatt Pehling has built a career defined by grit, precision, and a deep-rooted passion for the marine industry. With over a decade of hands-on experience, Wyatt brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to every project.

After graduating from the Divers Institute of Technology (DIT), Wyatt began his career as a deckhand, rigger, and welder, quickly moving into commercial diving. His early work with Overseas Marine Group in Freeport, Bahamas immersed him in complex salvage operations, ships husbandry, and hurricane/oil spill response efforts — experiences that shaped his tactical problem-solving and operational focus.

Wyatt later joined Morrison Energy Group in the Gulf of Mexico, working offshore as a Tender and Air Diver. Transitioning to the inland sector, he specialized in ships husbandry and marine construction, rapidly advancing to roles such as Lead Diver, Foreman, and Supervisor. His time in leadership included active participation in safety committees, where he reinforced jobsite safety culture and protocol compliance.

In January 2023, Wyatt returned to DIT as an instructor, where he now shares his field-tested knowledge with the next generation of divers — particularly in Salvage and Hydraulic/Pneumatic Tools.

As the founder of Nemo Marine Group LLC, Wyatt combines real-world operational experience with a commitment to safety, quality, and mission success. Whether leading a dive team or mentoring new talent, his focus remains on delivering results with integrity and professionalism.
